I have the English version of office XP and the Word
cannot check the spelling in Dutch.
When i search for Duch language on dictionary language at
the "Tools"-"Spelling and Grammar" i cannot see the Dutch

I have found some words in my documents which spell check

Word does not Prompt to Save Changes on any new documents.
The program gives the doc a name and saves it in My
Documents.

I have a document that had been typed awhile back. I went
to use it again and realized the spelling of a few words
were clearly spelled wrong. I uninstalled and reinstalled
office 97 still did not correct it I even resaved the doc.

May someone suggest, how to create a custom dictionary for Cyrillic? I have
no problem creating the English Custom Dictionary with <txt>. But Cyrillic?
Cyrillic characters in the custom dictionary could be saved in the <doc>
extension, while the regular dictionary uses <txt> ...

I installed WinXP Pro on a new hard drive & system then
installed Office 97. When I try to do a spell check in
Outlook Express ver. 6 I get a pop-up error that reads:
" An error occured while the spelling was being checked".

I'm merging together two documents using the Ctrl F9
function.  Spellcheck is disabled by this function.  The
only way to get it back is by cutting the wording out then
using paste special (unformatted text).  However this then
