on opening a new blank document in word 2003 and typing in a bogus word spellcheck does not pick up the error it does appear to be working on other documents . at the end of the check spellcheck say's finished excluding marked

Posting again, this I accidentally posted this topic as a reply instead of a new post... OK, I have a book of short stories and I want to make a dictionary of all the words contained in the stories.There is a total of about 8,000 words.

Is it possible to include phrases in an exclude dictionary to effectively remove them from the Word main dictionary? This has worked well for me with single words, but I'm wondering if there is any way to include phrases in the Mssp3en.exc file. Just listing the phrases
