How is it possible that when I check the spelling in a word document, it
opens another document that has almost the same name as the first? Which
document is being checked? Why did it open the other document? Thanks....

I've just added Japanese language. Word cannot  find the Japanese language

With Word 2003, it appears that you have to be online in order to pul
up the dictionary.  Is there a way to download the dictionary so that
can use it while working offline?  Or can I buy an add-in dictionar
that I can use "within" Word as with the current online-onl

I am having trouble with the tools > language > set language > "Do Not
Check Spelling or Grammar" box in Word 2003.  It just won't stay
unchecked.  I keep selecting all text, unchecking the box.  But,
obvious spelling errors remain unchecked in random parts of the text.

I'm using word 2000 and have several mail merge documents that I'd lik
to spell check.  The spell check program will not check and correct th
imported data.  What can I do to correct this?  It seems to me that onc
