Is there a way in Word to create an autocorrect feature that when ending a sentence with a period followed by 2 spaces (instead of 1 space) Word will correct to 1 space? This would be in the APA format. Thank you.

In Word 2003, Outlook, and even Gravityv a window pops up every 5 seconds saying "spell-checking is complete." In Word the Spelling and Grammar window opens every couple of letters. I disabled normal.dot, ran Kaspersky, SpySweep, and Spybot S&D. Nothing seems to help. Any ideas?

I have Works Suite in French version but use Word to edit documents in French and English. When I do spelling and grammar check the help / suggestions are always in German which I cannot cope with. Is there anything I can do? Please help!

I'm planning on upgrading to Office XP, but I'm hesitant because I have a *huge* number of AutoCorrects (I type for a living). I know how to transfer the Custom Dictionary and Normal, but to date, I haven't found a way to transfer the AutoCorrects.

Is there a way to set up spell check to it automatically runs and checks a document when I save it? I seem to remember this being a feature in word 2000 but I can't seem to find it in Word 2003.

I thought the way to change the sdefualt dictionary in Word was Tools/Options/Spelling and Grammar Tab/Custom Dictionarys/ Select the dictionary you want to be the default and then click Change Default. Here is where I start having problems. I thought all I should have to do
