I want to create a border to use on a postcard that I

I really like the Word Art feature, but the lines are frequently jagged.  Is

Every time I insert an image in Word from a graphic I make on a program like
Paint Shop Pro (.jpg, .gif, .bmp, etc.) if the background is white, in Word,
it will appear with a slight pink tinge compared to the white background of
the workspace.

file etc.), but when I try to import an SVG image into a
