Not always but sometimes when I create a text box with black background and white fonts, the background and the fonts look OK in the screen but when printing it comes out all black, that is, the white fonts disappear. Can anyone help?

I have several pictures in a Word document 'behind text' & 'send behind text' which show the text in print preview okay but the text is hidden when actually printed. Conversion to a .pdf file has the same result. Thanks.
