When I use wordart the fonts are gray and white no matter what color I chose. Can someone tell me how to change this behavior

On my old IBM clone system I could bring a .hgl file/plot
into MS Word as a picture from my CAD/CAM computer and
print it to my HP Laserjet 4000.  Now when I try this
with my new IBM Intellistation my print image comes out

I have worked all morning on this problem.  I am
importing a picture into a Word doc.  When I go to format
the picture, I'm unable to change the setting for WRAP.  
I can edit the picture and change it only by selecting

view.  Also, when I forward an e-mail that has clip art
in it, it takes the clip art out and adds it as

My coworker have written the manual for the applicaation we are

I gave him to add footnotes with help context to make it possible to

Hi ! Does anyone know where to find the Microsoft office 2002 icons ( eg
printer, floppy disk etc) so that I can use them in some training notes.
Looked into microsoft office, program files, office 10 etc but cannot see
them.

How come some of my graphics that I past into Word have a shaded mark
around them. I also put a 6 graphics inside table cells and one of them
also has this shaded mark around it?

HELP!!!!  Our IT person had to reinstall word on my
puter.  Now all graphics, that used to print nice and
dark, are now printing very light.  Light lines are not
going to print well.  Can you help???  Please.  Our IT guy
