I know about "Insert...Symbol." There is one I cannot find
and I have looked all over the freaking place.
It's the "section" symbol, looks like two Ss "hooked"

I have a bmp screen capture that's 299 kb. If I insert
(embed) it into a blank Word 2000 document, the file size
of the saved Word doc is approx. 31 kb, which is
