I'd like to insert a PPT animated image

I inserted the PPT animation but it remains still.
then I saved the PPT file into a gif file hoping

What are the tradeoffs between making block diagrams in Word vs. Powerpoint.
I know Powerpoint has connectors in the AutoShapes and Word does not but
Word has Grid on the Drawing menu and Powerpoint does not.

Running Word 2000, SR-1, on up-to-date Win ME system.
1.  I "cut" a web page graphic (a JPG) from my web site (or any web site).
I then "paste" it into Word.  I can see the graphics, and they show up as
expected in Print Preview.  When I print, the graphics do NOT print.

I am using MS Word XP.
I am working on a project that requires me to display a large number of
photos in a table.  I have created a table  that is 2 columns wide the three

I have an object I've placed into a Word 2003 document
from Excel.  The object though continually resizes itself
each time it is refreshed from Excel.  I've tried
adjusting the object in Excel, but nothing seems to work.
