I have a word doc with 10 checkboxes. I check some and
all looks fine in print preview. When I print other
checkboxes appear checked.

The connectors in my AutoShapes are greyed, ever since.  The other
autoshapes are ok, including flowchart.  Any idea why?

I must have done something strange to the settings for

I can create text boxes & they look fine on the screen,

A customer gave me a Word '97 document with several pictures in it. The
problem is that when the she wants to print the document, the pages come out
allright but sometimes without the pictures and when she opens and prints
