I'm Giovanni  from Italy.
I own the Italian version of "Special edition using Word 2002" called

I have a letterhead that contains a small picture that I
link to many document templates with the Insert/Object
command.  It is saved as a word document because it also
contains text (like phone numbers).  When I link this

how can i change the autoshapes defaults in word 2000.
this used to be possible by changing normal.dot but in
2000 i don't seem to be able to do this .

have it as square to the Top Left of the cell with the
Text beside it and below it.

Every time I re-open a document I am working on with
lots of equations (made in Equation Editor 3), the
equations have been turned into damned pictures, so I can't

Is it possible to take a "zoomed-in" screen shot of, say,
a toolbar or dialog box instead of having to take a
screen shot of the entire screen and editing it later to

What's up with this line that is created when the
underscore is used to create page-width lines?  Why can't
you manipulate it in any way?  Why can't you delete it?  
Why can't I find where to turn this annoying feature off?

I have two questions concerning Word Art.
1.  What does the alignment button do on the Word Art
toolbar?  I have messed around with it and it appears to
do nothing.

I have Word 2000 for the Mac and after creating a grid I would like to enter
text into individual sqiares of the grid. How is this done?
Suzanne S. Barnhill was kind to reply and advised that this can be done with
a bordered table.

I am tring to replace photo's on a template that makes

replaced, but when I scroll down and delete the second

I was able to shift-click on WordArt objects in W2K and
group them, I've not been able to figure out how to do
that in XP.  Shift-click doesn't work, I can highlight
them but then don't have a grouping option or I can select
