I created a word document and then inserted 2 Jpg pictures. Each picture was shrunk down to around 200kb each with 96dpi. However, when I add these pictures, my documents becomes between 18000 - 23000kb. I would like to email this document but I am not sure what I am doing wrong ...

Using Word 2003 on Windows 2000. I'm new to Word 2003 and am wondering how to select graphics items and move them by small increments. I used to do this by selecting the graphic and then using ALT-arrows to reposition the graphic.
