I've upgraded to 2004 and some Word Drawing objects in documents seem
to be corrupt:
In Word, the text (in text boxes) displays (and prints) as blocks,
i.e. each character is replaced by a black box equal to its size. When

HELP! I am using Word 2003 and am having trouble with autoshapes. If I add a
shape and add text to it then go and make a new shape an click to add text,
the text from the first shape is automatically added.

school project. I think he using Word 2002. On this page he chose to do a
"Fill Effect" with a two colour (yellow and white) gradient shading. However

Would like to use Word to create my own quilt blocks.  Usually on a grid,
with mostly squares and right triangles at different rotations.  Then would
like to copy these blocks to create rows for a complete quilt diagram.

The menu options ( view --> zoom --> many pages) allow a person to view 3
pages at once.    I need to view 4.    Is there an add-on or script or
configuration tweak that I can use to view 4 pages simultaneously?
I use MS Word 2003 on a dual display (2 monitors, both 1600x1200)

I used to copy graphs from exel and paste them into word as a bitmap because
I felt that is how they looked the best.  Now after I got office 2003, I can
paste the same exel graph into the same word file as a bitmap and it does not
look as "clean" or "legible" as they did before ...
