When I insert any picture from file into my MS Word document, it is not displayed at all or displayed only partially. How can I correct this problem? Other MS Word documents containing images are not displayed properly in my MS Word neither. Please help.

I was given a suggestion by a Microsoft rep that pointed me to an Avery site. Unfortunately, the templates for CD/DVD's DON'T seem to have the gray CIRCULAR gridlines required to design CD and DVD labels, just the rectangular & square ones.
