I am trying to save graphs made in Word and drawings (lines and text boxes
pasted) in eps files so that I can insert them in latex files. Can anyone
help me with this?

I know this can be done because someone created one for me. I do not have the
saved item on my computer. I have to use them occasionally, and I need the
bottom oval to show the entire oval to create the diagram.

...Using Word XP with Windows 2k. I have a 10 page (or thereabouts) document
with a .jpeg on the cover. When printing to one specific printer (a networked
HP inkjet), the picture doesn't print. OK when printing to a laser (B/W or
colour). Any ideas please?

i want to put a map in a word document that an individual state can be
highlighted if there is further information in the text below.
I would also like to hyperlink these highlighted states to the information.
can that be done?

Every time I insert a picture from clipart or one from Microsoft Clips
Online I get the above message on my document. Now when I log on as the
administrator it works fine but when I log on as myself it doesn't.

everything works fine.  The new work window opens ok. The image is there at

We have a letterhead document which contains an inserted purple jpg logo.
About a week ago, the logo started appearing black on the screen. If you
"Edit Picture", you see the jpg in its full purple color. (2) Word 2000
computers show it as black, (1) Word 2000 shows it as purple, ...

For quite some time I do my color corrections in Photoshop 7 with the
ECI-RGB.icc color profile, all in jpeg format.
Now I noticed: when I insert (link) the jpeg's into word and write a PDF
with that photos, I get strange color shifts when I look at them in

I do not mange do insert a graph and wrap text in a textbox(floating) wtihout
the
graph´s border partially overlapping the textbox border: though no problem
with a inline graph in the textbox

I have a document with about 30 black and white images from a scanner. One of
them however prints in negative (i.e. a black background with white lines).
The image displays fine. I do a print preview, and the print preview is
fine, it is just the printout that gets messed up.

Does anyone know how to place the text so that it is oriented in a circle
format?  I'm working on a logo and would like to surround an image with text.

dragging.  I clicked the text writing button but all the options are greyed
