I work on a help desk and have been unable to resolve -- None of the normal culprits here - picture placeholders is not selected; I've tried changing the file type to RTF, tried grayscaling, resizing, macros security, compress settings, all the settings under tools>options>view ...

I use circles and arrows to denote changes in my word document. I've lowered the acceleration hardware speed (as was suggested). I've downloaded the latest drivers for my graphics (it was an Intel -- as was suggested).

Trying to rotate photographics from disc onto Word document. When I go to Draw then Rotate or Flip, it is grayed out. If I try Format Object then Size, the rotate is again grayed out. Why can't I use the rotation device?

In Word 2002 WordArt objects have black handles therefore they aren't drawing objects so don't have a free rotate handle, and free rotate on the Draw menu is not available.

I am trying to modify one word in a WordArt graphic (a circular graphic) - I want to bold only the 1 word but I can't seem to find a way to do it - it seems to be an "all or nothing" situation. Is there any way around this other than using 2 WordArt graphics?

I drew a circle that I divided into 3 parts by drawing 2 straight lines from top to bottom of the circle. How can I use the fill color tool to fill the 3 parts of the circle with different colours? I would really appreciate it if somebody can solve this for me.

My pictures are not displaying anything but the icon since we performed a office 2003 upgrade. I want to insert pictures into my email and I just recieve Icons to view. Can't preview the picture. Unless I change them to BMP versus jpg. Any reason why I need to do this to each ...

I need to highlight some text that is part of a picture (i.e. a print screen), but I can't figure out how! I've tried everything I can think of, but can't do it without blocking out the words with the color. Someone please help!!!

After I have placed a graphic (usually jpg) in Word, the graphic disappears as soon as I leave the page (go to another page, minimize the window, close then reopen). The graphics reappear only if I type something on the page. This is extremely annoying. I want to see the graphics ...

I have a user that is including some drawing objects such as lines and arrows on an excel chart. When he copies/pastes or links the chart into a Word doc, the graphic will randomly not display/print the drawing objects. he does have the Tools |Options|Print|Drawing Objects box ...

I have a .jpg image which is 8.5 X 11 inches. I have added to my new word document as a Background Watermark (at 100% size). The image looks like standard letterhead with our logo at the top and our address information at the bottom. In the middle, the image is white.

I need to send something to print and it's made in word. I want to put tabs on it and to do that the printer needs at least 1/4" of bleeding. Is it possible or do I have to go to InDesign or Quark? Thank you
