I am not sure what had changed (likely some box I unwittingly checked), but I

I downloaded a template from Microsoft Templates online.  I wish to use it to
create an e-newsletter to send in email.  When I click on Send to in the tool
bar, I don't have that choice highlighted.  Only ways to send in fax.  I
don't have Outlook set up...is that the problem?

Working with word 2003, on Xp, inserting regular plain vanilla JPEG pictures
