Following a hard drive format, word doesn't allow me to free rotate imported

I am trying to insert Clips Online. Can anyone tell me why this feature is
now not accessible on our office units at the school? When I ask it to do a
search for clip art I get nothing. It's almost like it does not connect to do

Drawing in Word is terrible. Make it more like AutoCAD with the ability to
"pick" line and curve ends so drawing objects can line up. Add the ability to
draw true arcs. Add a real querry function

I'm trying to insert a plain old jpg into a word document and it prints the
top half of the picture twice! I have a picture (3 by 5) that has two top
half portions joined together.

Whenever I insert or paste a picture, Autoshape, Text Box, etc., the Layout  
defaults to "In Line With Text".  Is there some way to change the default to
"In Front Of Text"?

On one of my computers, I can take images from Picasa2 and drag and drop them
into a word document.  On the computer I am currently on, each time I attempt
to do so I get the message, "The specified data type is unavailable".  Is

I recently upgraded to Word 2003 from Word 2000 & noticed that when I use
Edit > Paste Special > Picture there are now 2 choices:
* Picture (Windows Metafile)
* Picture (Enhanced Metafile)

I work for an Emergency Service. I have created a template in Word which I
will need to lock before it is used and the other employees will need to
