Using MS Office 2003 (11.6568.6568) SP2: Anything I create using the "Draw" toolbar (including text boxes) will not print from my computer.

When I take a screen capture using alt+print screen , while it shows up in office clipboard, it will not paste into Word. All I see is a border. What's going on? I can paste fine in PowerPoint. Thanks

I am not able to open any graphics.wpg files in Microsoft Windows picture and fax viewer. I deleted the wtcpl.cpl file while trying to delete the Wild Tangent program. Don't know if this is the reason the fax viewer no longer works. How do I get it back? Not very knowledgable ...
