Trying to do a list of names.

I am creating a form to check boxes next to a list of items and I used auto
shape to create the boxes, I then formatted to have them "behind" the text,
so now I can't click on them to move them or delete them.

I have just run across a major problem with my MS Word.  Now when ever I try
to insert a picture or graphic, the pictures do not show up in word.  But
when I print the page they are there.
How can I fix this problem to be able to see the pictures when inserted.

In corel word perfect, I can change a text box from square to rounded edges.  
Can I do this in word 2003?  Are their any other opeions of styles for a text
box that Zi can choose?

I use word 2003.  In my document I had to edit word art.  I didn't know what
I was doing and in my effort to make the change I clicked on "set defaults."  
Now when I inset a text box, it takes on the features I was trying to get rid

How do I add more colors or custom colors to the highlight list? You can
choose any variety of colors for fonts but highlights are limited. I used to
be able to change this in a previous version of word but I have forgotten how.
