I want to place art on the page that is not in the header and footer because I do not want it to appear dimmed back. I want the lock the position of the art so that it cannot be moved around the page by dragging. Does anyone know if this is possible?

I am following the instructions for Add a Venn Diagram. Step 4 (Edit Text) is not a choice when I right-click the element where I want to add text. Is this feature disabled on my version (Office 2003 Student and Teachers 60 day trial)?

How can I keep the original date on my documents. Everytime I open the file it automatically updates to the current date and I don't want that. I want to keep the original date it was created on. I unchecked the box "update update automatically" but it still updates ...

I have inserted an arrow and wish to change the direction. I followed instructions, Draw, Rotate or Flip - but the options are greyed out. Troubleshooting says try Draw, Ungroup, Group, then try again. Ungroup, Group are greyed out also. Help anyone?

I'm using the drawing features and zooming in to 500%. Whenever I click on an object I have drawn, the screen re-centers forcing me to scroll back to the area I was working on. How do I turn off the auto-centering features while working on drawings (close-up).
