I am trying to print labels and I would like to have each letter on the label a different color. I can see that in word art I can achieve this but it has a shadow behind the name and adress, how can I eliminate this shawdow?

My artist wife uses MS Word for titles for cards. Fonts in her 2003 Word SP2 are reduced in selection from my 2002 Word SP2. Some she wants are not found on her version. How can she get all the fonts available?? Is it an installation issue?? Are font downloads available??
