I size, set parameters and paste photos into documents using the same set of actions for each photo. I would like to automate this task by creating a macro but macros does not function once I am working within the photo. Does anyone know how to get around this?

I have a Word document I'm using as letterhead. I've imported the company logo which is a CMYK TIFF file. The logo has a white background. When I print the document, however, there are tiny pixels of ink behind the logo within the entire bounding box of the graphic.

I am running Office XP on a Windows 98SE platform. When I tried to run Clip Organizer (in Word) for the first time it only recognized my Windows folder. All other folders on my hard drive were ignored. How do I get it to recognize other folders so I can search them for clips?
