Word 2003 organization diagram - cannot figure out how to set autoformatting
for consistent autoshape size and text.  Also cannot figure out how to resize
autoshapes.  The Format AutoShape Size (height, width) are grayed out.

When I had MS office 2000 I was able to embed drawings and then edit them
