What has happened to the Picture placeholder in Word 2007?  I used to be able
to find it in Tools, Options, Picture placeholder in older versions of the
software

I created a few textboxes awhile back, and now somehow, every time I open a
new document, the textboxes still appear. How can I get rid of it so it
doesn't show up anymore?
