I have MS Office 2000 pro installed on various machines.
1 machine does not have MS Draw installed and the other ones do.
When i try to edit an image in Word I can only convert it and not edit it.
Normally there is an option "Edit/Draw with MS Draw" in the same menu where

Is there any way I can select an inserted picture and an object (or caption
or text box) together - eg to group them - without using a drawing canvas?
It works if both are in a drawing canvas, but not without. (I can select
multiple objects, but not including an inserted image.)

In a flowchart, dynamic connectors move as the shapes they conect to are
moved. I would like to be able to attach text to a connector e.g. Yes / No
and get it to 'stick' to the connector.

I have written a chapter on Office Word '07 importing pictures of circles
with angles in them. The problem is everytime I reopen the word file, the
pictures float across the pages- and it takes forever to reposition them! How
can I lock them into place????

I have incerted a picture over text and brought the text to a front. When I
print preview the layout it shows the text over the picture. When I actually
print it it does not print the text. Just the picture. If you know anything I

Hi, when I open my word documents on a different machine, all the images
(both linked and embedded) fail to load; they show up as placeholders with
the red X indicating a broken link (I have made sure that the 'placeholder'
option is off).

When I open a document created in Word 2003 in Word 2007 compatability mode
everything is fine. If I save it as a .docx file, then the headers and
