When I format a paragph -- from the toolbar (for example,
make one entry bold or center aligned or apply bullets ot
one or two paragraphs), all the paragraphs with that tag
take on the formatting. If I click the back arrow once,

When selecting a paragraph to apply formatting to (bold,
italic, underline, indent, bullets, etc) it changes the
whole document to the selected format instead of just the

First, thanks to everyone over the past many months who

When I open any document in word and try to change the
formatting of a single word, letter, setence, or anything,
the entire document is changed to the new format.  As an
example, if I try to bold one word, the entire document is
