Can I write my own children's book using word? Is there a template of some sort that will structure everything so I can concentrate on the writing rather than anything else? Can you help me get started?

While creating a template I made a drop-down menu in the cell of a table. How do I format the drop-down menu so that the text (from the menu) forms to the size of the table cell? So far it just stays on one line.

I am still having problems 'inserting' an index. I have marked all the terms, but the index will not insert. If it does, it doesn't cover all marked items. Only the first 20 pages or so of 180 page document.
