Can I write my own children's book using word? Is there a
template of some sort that will structure everything so I
can concentrate on the writing rather than anything else?

Hi.  I'm finishing up a 75+ page document in Word 2002.  I have a
wonderful desktop computer for working on the document:  a
three-monitor setup with a 21" monitor (1856 x 1392) in the middle of

I include headers and footers in work that I do.  In one
chapter I've been working on, the headers and footers are
visible.  In the next chapter they are not.  I would like

How can I underline the full length of a cell?  The cell
will have text typed into it, but not enough to fill the
cell.

MS Word 2002 is putting an extra space between my
footnotes.  The footnotes themselves are single-spaced,
and there should be no blank space between them, either.

I am still having problems 'inserting' an index.
I have marked all the terms, but the index will not
insert.  If it does, it doesn't cover all marked items.  
Only the first 20 pages or so of 180 page document.
