Word 2002-Page breaks before cross-references12 Jul 2003 10:50 GMT1
I'm using Word 2002. Before some of my cross-references
there are paragraph symbols that cause page breaks. My
document uses both left and right justification; prior to
some of the cross references that have paragraph symbols

I am trying to put together a presentation that reuires
different formatting for many pages.  I have discovered
how to change selected text from landscape to portrait but
can not figure out how to turn colums on & off.

When you open an existing document there are spaces between
the words that prevent you form editing the document. When
you print they are not there? To fix the problem you have
to reload the program. A doc will look like the example below:

My co-worker is having a very frustrating time with Word
2002. Somehow, all of a sudden, whenever he begins a new
document in word, it defaults to double line spacing. To
fix it, he changes spacing every time he opens word to

Is there a replacement for the Master Documents? I have heard that they
corrupt your documents.

and copy using my track pad it copies the entire document

I have a doc thats going to be about 70 pages, and has two appendices.
The appendices will be numbered A-1..... and B-1.......
One appendix will only have gifs--one gif per page.
