programatically put text in at the book marks via automation in foxpro.

If I want to insert *all* the text from another .doc file into a Word
2002/XP document, is there a better way than using Insert/File?  Is
there a way, using fields, that is more compatible with earlier
versions of Word?

I posted the following message last week but have yet to have a reply
to it.  I have tried to find the answer to my question elsewhere but I
have been unsuccessful.  If any of you have any ideas, I would be very

Is there a way to create a Heading style that automatically
inserts a Section Break? I am able to create one that inserts
a Page Break, but this doesn't achieve my objective.

I'm trying to find a method that will include the section numbers (Heading
1, 2 and 3) in my StyleRef fields for each page of my document.  Currently,

I've got a Word 2000 Document with a zillion hyperlinks.  Because it was a
cut & paste hatchet job, few of the hyperlinks work.  I'd like to remove
them all.  Is there a command that will take them all out so I don't have to
do it one by one?

I have a form to which I have attached a mail merge.  
When I merge to a new document, the formatting is not

Word has the annoying habit of having footnotes run onto
the next page and just putting the text of a footnote on
another page.  Is there an easy way to keep the text of a
footnote on the same page as the reference to the footnote?

Can you change the color of your edits to keep your old
colors, but for additional edits you want to have Track
Changes display and be able to print them in different
