I'd like to use the "Don't add space between paragraphs of
same style" on the paragraph formatting dialog box
(Format>Paragraph), but it is disabled and I have not been
able to figure out how to enable it.

Is there a way to erase undo history from a document?  For
example, they say there is a potential of 300 "undo's" in
a document.  If I send my document out to someone, I don't

I have MSWord 2002 Professional.  Trying to use the styles
is driving me crazy.  New styles seem to be created every
time I type a document so that now the list of styles is
yards long!

I have documents I need to convert all straight quotes to
curly quotes.  There is a Knowledge base article on this
that makes no sense to me.  It says to do a REPLACE using
Find what => a quotation mark and Replace with => a
