A colleague of mine using Word 2000 (SR-1) created a 120
page document which he passed to me for review and
changes.  I am running Word 2002 (SP-2).  What I
discovered, to our intense frustration, was that I could

This should be simple to do but I can't see how to
achieve it - I have a document with a number of areas of
text (call them 'Headings')that I wish to replicate
elsewhere in the document.  When I change the 'Heading' I

I am trying to print a long document as economically as
possible. In print preview, text appears to end very near
bottom of page. The actual printed page, however, falls
short by some 2-3". No text is missing, but it seems

I need to make a pamphlet, (it has to look like a card) I
need to write information on the first page and on the back
of that page and so forth. I need to be able to print and
fold the paper into a card.

Is there an easy way to remove all page breaks from a
document?  I receive documents (for reasons out of my
control) with hundreds of incorrect page breaks every
