This happens a lot and for the life of me I cannot understand why. The next to last page ends about 1/3 down thus wasting 2/3 of the page. There is no section break, no page break, and the paragraphs are spaced at 6 after.

I have an access database with a bunch of records and one field is a paragraph. I can easily get that field into a VBA variable and place it in their word template, but the client wants to be able to display different paragraphs in the same variable/field to different locations

When using Word to apply Outline numbering, particularly with documents produced by others, the Outline numbering function does not work as expected. The "customising" function in the section is difficult to understand and use.
