I am copying text from one doc into another.  The first
document has styles that I don't want to paste into the
new document.  Is there a way to paste the text without
accepting the new style?

I am editing a fairly long document and there are 2 possibly related
problems.
1) The paragraphs are all displayed with full justification even though the
style (normal) is defined with left justification.
Hanging Indent causes ALL paragraphs to indent20 Nov 2003 21:29 GMT1
Everytime I do a hanging indent all the other paragraphs
in my document indent.  If I do ctrl-z than the other
paragraphs return to normal accept the one I indented.  
This workaround worked for a while but now whenever I do a

How do I permanently get rid of unwanted styles from my
customised template? Word keeps adding styles by taking a
style name of mine and adding 'Char' to the name. Now if

I've never used a more flakey piece of software in all my
life.  Microsoft offers no help other than these
rediculous posts to answer a simple question.  Oh yea you

I'm trying to edit a document at the moment and I want to
insert a different footer on each page.  I've tried
deselecting same as previous but it's still not working

Thanks for reviewing my question.  I would like to know

Strange problem. I import clip art to doc. Select Format.
Select format picture from drop down menu. Move the
picture where I want it and when I click on page, picture

I am having trouble getting the correct section breaks in
my document.  I need to use different sections throughout
the document, as the pages are sometimes portrait and
sometimes landscape layout.  I have been using Insert-

When I use a website as a footnote, I do a Copy of the website & then do a
Paste into my footnote.  In this way Word highlights it in blue & underlines
it.

In Word documents, I have come across a strange problem.  
If I wish to apply certain formatting to a single line
and, let's say for example, I wish to bullet a single
line -- the formatting will apply to the entire document.
