If a shape is inserted in word using either relative to paragraph or relative to character setting and the shape is above the anchor, the anchor moves to the right of the shape but Shape.Top and Shape.Left fails to indicate this

I would like to set a default for Table borders to light blue. I can do that one-by-one through border formatting. Can I make it a default? Using Word 2000 on one machine and Word 2002 on another.

I'm using Word 2000. I have autotext, but I can't turn in on. When I use alt+F3, nothing happens! What should I do? I scrolled through all the commands I can find in the customize an options menus, but can't figure it out.
