Do you know how to demote a heading so it is a non-
heading?  I have some text formatted as a heading in my
document that I do not want to appear as a heading.

complex document.  The template currently has a lot of text, with structured

I've had a problem with a couple of master docs.
I start a new doc and set up the title, headings and sub
headings and then convert it to a master document. Every
thing is ok at this point and I can work on the sub docs

allow for pages subsequent to the first one to be
