How may I prevent a table from breaking up across pages. I've tried adjusting the Rows property (not to spill across pages), or treat the table as a paragraph (keep with next) but they don't work. Appreciate any ideas. Thanks

A manuscript I'm working on uses headers and footers. I don't want the odd page header to appear at the beginning of each chapter, but I also don't want to lose space caused by a blank header. Each chapter is a separate section, and each first header is different (blank).
