If you create new caption lables, Word saves them to normal.dot. This means, that they will not be available (i.e. for cross-referencing) if you send the document to someone else, who obviously has his own normal.dot. Does anyone know how you can force Word to save all definitions ...

Format Painter does not retain formatting information when switching between open documents after upgrading Adobe Acrobat 4.0 to 6.0 Pro. Format Painter works fine within the same document.

My normal template had to be re-set and somehow I lost the ability to insert AutoText into a header or footer. All my documents have the path and filename insert but can't do that now. It's permanently greyed out although I can add other inserts.

When I copy and paste a reference mark it duplicates the footnote text at the bottom of the page. I am trying to duplicate the refernce mark, retain the rollover text and also just have one footnote at the bottom of the page.
