We are using Word 2000 on Windows 2000. We're editing a document that contains lots of highlighted text. Although the author selected the lightest highlighting color available, the highlighted text does not print well.

Can you edit a template? I know you can edit the styles in a template whereas you modify the style and click "Add to Template," but when you want to change the Page-Setup Margins, can you do that?

When I select a paragraph and attempt to move it across the page using the tab key it now deletes the entire text instead of moving it as it had previously done. Please could anyone advise on how to correct this.
