I am currently having a problem when I open a document
that has been produced by someone using Word 2000;  I am
using Word 2002.
When I open such documents the headers and footers become

I created a template, using word (tables) and form
fields.  I know need to change the properties on the
table, but when i try to change it, i have to save it as
another template.  the problem is that i have a macro that

When I link an excel sheet which is over 50 rows long into
word. Word will only take a certain number of rows. Is
there a way around this problem so I can link the whole

Every time I format a line/paragraph in Word 2002, the
whole doc pics up on that formating and applies it to the
whole doc.  Thus, if I center a heading, the whole doc is
centered.  If I underline something, the whole doc is

i created a form using microsoft word (tables).  I put
form fields and checkboxes in the form.  i protected the
form, so users are unable to change anything. I the tables

Is there a way I can change the highlight colors?  Permanently?
Sometimes I use the ShadingColor paint-bucket option, but I find that
it will not work when I'm doing a find/replace.  Highlighted colors
work with find/replace.  But the colors are so strong/dark that I

One of the authors (using Word X for Mac) deleted a bunch of endnotes.  Not
sure how he did it - whether he deleted the endnote reference in the text or
the actual endnote text.

My problem is that I am changing from WordPerfect to Word
2002XP and in using the font "Courier New," when I
underline text, according to the lawyer I'm working for,
the line is too far away from the text.  If I use "Times

I'm having a problem with the Redefine Style command.  Effectively,
when I redefine a style, Word seems to perform a "Reset Paragraph"
command on every paragraph whose style is a minor modification of that
style.  The problem seems specific to Word 2002.
