Hi, Page numbers are all zero, i've removed all sections, it counts number of pages in the footer but page numbers are all zero. In table of contents it shows zero as well.

Is there a keyboard shortcuts to automatically mark text as a caption? Like Alt-Shift-O to mark text for the Table of Contents or Alt-Shift-X to mark text for an Index? I can't seem to find one in the list of keyboard shortcuts.
