If I open a document, then print it, then close it, Word 2000 asks me if I want to save the changes I made to the document. Is there an advantage to resaving it? What exactly is being saved? The most recent print date or something?

I am working on a long document and as I review each PP i want to write a summary of that PP (or two PP together) then have word combine them all to create a sort of outline for the whole doc. What would be the best way to automate such a task?

I have a document that I want to have a header on the 1st ten pages and no header on rest. I put a section break in checking "this point forward". I am obviously doing something wrong and would really appreciate your help!
