Fromatting Problem w/ Document Created in Works04 May 2004 04:23 GMT2
I am having formatting trouble with a 239 page manuscript created in
MS Works. I do not recall which version of Works but I ran it under
Windows 3.x and Windows 95.
I had not problem opening it and saving it to Word (2002) format. I

I have some white space I need to identify so I'll know

Trying to create a multi-level bulleted list isn't working
in Word 2002. When I tab in to get the next level, the
bullet doesn't appear. I believe there is a setting for
this somewhere but I can't remember where it is !

I am transcribing a long book with many, many lengthy footnotes.  The author
is going to put many of these footnotes back into the text but I know there
will still be enough to go around.  What I'm wondering is if there is a way
to force the footnotes to remain together on one page ...

I am trying to insert an Excel spreadsheet into a word
document and add it as a link.  I have tried to insert it
into both a  TextBox and a Frame.  Only the first 60 rows
of the spreadsheet appear on the first page of the TextBox
