I could view full footnotes (19 of them altogether) in office word 2000 but when I view the same file in word 2002 or word xp, some footnotes disappeared though the number is still there (1,3,7,10,17,19). I save the same file in word 2000 as rtf format and

When I insert a cross reference into a document, when I update the references Word seems to put in a page break after the cross reference. Does anyone know a solution for this, or if there is a fix for it ?
