On several of my documents, I am unable to set tab stops
at certain intervals.  For instance, I try to click on
the .5" mark to place a tab and it actually puts it in
at .58".  I am unable to drag it back over to the half

I have a long document (and it's continuing to grow).  To keep
different headings, bulleted lists, and things universal, I've been
using different Styles for these.
However, I'm having some problems now.

I often cut and paste word files into an online application thst does not
accept slanted qoutes (straight only), is there a setting that will just
produce straight qoutes?

I'm not sure this is the proper newsgroup so point me in
the right direction if I'm wrong.  I've had this happen
two or three times now and it's driving us nuts.  
Sometimes, the footnote notation will not superscript.  It

I have a long document but it's size must be 250-350kb but
one of my file shows 10.7 mb. Don't understand why... When

i have a document and iwant to make some changes on it
but i want the other people that are going to receive it

if B is used it will ALWAYS follow A, but A could be followed by several
other types so the "keep with next" is not viable for the style.

working this for over two weeks, so I am bit frustrated and
