I have begun having troubles with index entries not
grouping. Instead of appearing as

Is it possible to do a dictionary type header using the {StyleRef} field
with two different style types applied. I need some entries to be italicized
and others not.

I've set up a large document (150+ pp) with endnotes at
the end of each chapter, denoted by an inserted section
break. In one of the chapters, the endnotes as displayed
in the text start at 1,2,3 and then re-start at 1 again,

What settings do I need to change in Word 2000, or how do
I go about doing it so that instead of adding a footer
manually each time to my document to list the filename

I have a document that is built by picking from a list of autotext
components.  When I preview any individual autotext component or the
overall style sheet it views and prints correctly.  However, when I
create a document it opens in page view mode and for about a second

I am running Word 2000 on XP Professional. I have a large Word doc that is
about 16,000 kb. Sometimes when I save it, it locks up my computer so bad I
have to restart? What gives....

I've got a long document which is refusing to layout as A4. I've tried all

Hi, I have a 190 pg (double spaced) Word 2000 document
