I was attempting to create a table of contents in Word 2002. I was
intially mystified about why the headings in the table of contents
came up in the same font as the equivalent heading in the text, rather
than in the font I had specified for the TOC. I have now realised that

  I have a long document consisting of around a hundred pages. I need to
shift pages 80-90 forward so that they become pages 20-30 and the rest of
the pages simply gets pushed back. Is there an easy way to do this with
minimal disruption to the other pages ?

I have a very long document, 90 pages of which are full of text boxes (15
text boxes to a page -a colleagues idea of a 'form').
I have now inherited this document and the text within the text boxes does

I am having difficulty with automated insertion of watermarks (eg
diagonal DRAFT) from Autotext.  The theory seems to be that,  by
inserting these in the header, each page of the document will be
watermarked.  But this is not working in practice - I either get the

I'm having considerable difficulty with Word repagination on a long
document.  The issue seen specific to Word XP and Word 2003.  I have
NO problems with Word 2000.
Background:  The document is 300 pages.  95 percent of the doc is in

  The fourth level of headings are missing from my table of contents ...
but it shows up on the document map...
Any idea how i can make them appear in my table of contents ?

I am using Word 2000
I have a 15 page document.  13 pages are text.  the last 2
pages are the "Table of Contents".  In the header of the
first 13 pages I have "page x of XX" which should end at

How do you create footnotes in Word 2000?  I want the footnotes smaller than
the other text.

When trying to add a caption under a picture, the dialog box does not
automatically bring up "Figure #" and place the cursor there for entry.
There is nothing there.  What would cause this?

I have a 1000 page word document.
Each page has W2 information for 2 employees that needs to go into a
specific box on a form.
I have formatted one page such that all the items go into right boxes.
