Does anyone know how to create a new Style in Word that automatically
makes the first character in the paragraph bold and larger than the
regular font? I've seen a lot of books do this effect and I'd like to
duplicate it.

update of styles within documents made from it, each time one is opened.
We've found how to do this, and that part is working ok, and it allows us to

I had to reinstall MS Office.  Now I can't chamge the default font
from Times New Roman to Arial.  I have opened up Format Font and

I have a .txt file - it is a book.
I have another file - it is a list of keywords I want to index in the
book. The keyword can have a few words separated by space. All keywords
