I have a document that I need to email.  It has many spelling and grammar
underlines due to the nature of the document.  How can I hide these so
someone opening the document will not see all of this?

   I am creating a long numbered list of questions for my students.  I must
use auto-numbering because I add and delete questions as well as moving them

I have:
1. converted to html, and converted back to Word
2. deleted last paragraph and copied in to a new document
