I inherited the job of managing a large handbook in MS Word that
consists of 12 chapters plus six appendices.  Most chapters have
multiple authors and reviewers.  The handbook is not set up as a master

Sometimes this fields appear empty existing styled words in the document.
Sometimes both fields appears as right justified.

In a document I must convert only the first word, (entry), of a paragraph.
This first word have a specific font different to rest of the paragraph.

I am typing text into a predefined table with 10 rows.  The document was sent

this by copying the old docs into a new blank doc template and applying
the paragraph styles.  However in some cases where the font was
different in normal style, reapplying normal style in the new template

After doing this I expect that paragraphs appear with new setting but they
